Kartik leaves for office.
Naira finally finishes her ‘KAIRA’ Dance Academy papers, and goes to kitchen to prepare food for her lovely husband.
*Naira*: Dear lovely husband, I am going to fill my love more than ever in the food that I am going to prepare for you today.
And she starts making Kachoris. Then she also thinks to make Dosa as he loves South Indian food as well. She prepares everything with love. She packs them and sends it to the office.
In the office…
There is Kartik. Sitting there, thinking about Naira. He cannot even spend a single hour without her.
*Kartik*: How ridiculous? We’ve been married for six months. She is mine and always be mine. Then why the hell I am missing her so much ? But I love her God. I don’t wanna be here. Please let the time run fast.
And prays to God. His lunch arrives.
*Kartik*: Yess ! Naira sent me food like she always does ! She does forget me, Huh ? That’s sweet of Naira. Ok, let me see what she has done for my tummy.
Opens the box and finds Kachoris, 3 dosas with sambar and 3 chutneys.
*Kartik*: She’s the best. I am gonna eat up all.
Meanwhile, Naira is keen whether Kartik has eaten or not. She picks up her phone to call him. But she hesitates to call so.
*Naira*: You know what Kartik ? It’s been over two years since we met and it’s been 6 months since our lifetime union. Yet I blush thinking about you. I love you so much Kartik ! You mean the world to me !
And Kartik is half way through the food, digging up, and he chokes suddenly. Drinks some water.
*Kartik*: Oh ! How sweet ! You thinking about me now dear ? That’s all what I want.
And proceeds to continue the food. He gets a call.
*Ring* *Ring*
*Kartik*: Who the hell while I am thinking about my love ? Oh ! “Hello ? Haan, how are you Papa ?”
It’s Naitik.
*Naitik*: “Yes beta. Me, your Mumma Akshara, Naksh, we y’all are good. But I called you to tell you something.
*Kartik*: Proceed Papa.
He is too shocked on hearing Naitik. He hangs up the phone and rushes out of his office.
*Kartik*: Oh my Goodness ! Idk what happened ? This traffic is driving me insane.
He has tensed red face and has tears rolling out his eyes.
He reaches home.( Goenka villa since Naitik asked him to come over there )
It’s dark around. He’s confused. He calls out
*Kartik*: Papa, Mumma, Naira ,Naksh, Dadi !!!!!!!!!
Then goes and AV on the wall. It shows his life from the beginning to now. From his babyhood, childhood, teenhood, adulthood to his marriage phase. He’s totally confused and on the other hand he’s emotional on seeing this. Finally the AV gets over and the lights one up.
Loud Noise _-
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARTIK !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Each and every family members are present over there. He’s surprised and super emotional. Luv, Kush, Mishti and Gayu comes and hugs him tightly. They wish him.
He goes over to elder members. He gets Aashirwad from his parents, Dadi and in- laws.
He wonders where use Naira. He’s worried.
And Naitik clarifies him that what he told was prank. The thing that Naira became seriously ill suddenly was a prank. It was all Naira’s plan.
He became totally relieved on nothing happened to her. Tears rolled down his cheek on the relief Naira was alright.
Suddenly, lighting goes to Naira, who’s in the veranda. She dressed so beautiful. Kartik looks up and his eyes are filled with love.
Naira comes down. She sings a song which comprises of all things that they did together. It was written by Kartik in his Diary. He’s overwhelmed.
She comes near him, finishes singing,
*Naira*: Happy Birthday Kartik.
He is too overwhelmed. He hugs and cries immensely. He cups her,
*Kartik*: Thank you so much ! Thank you so much ! I didn’t even remember that it’s my birthday today. But you made this birthday to be in memory forever ! I love you ! I love you so much !
And kisses her forehead.
*Kartik*: I will never regret having you in my life.
Everyone is watching and laughing. Naira gets insecure. To divert Kartik,
*Naira*: Ohoooo ! Then you have regretted of having me before. Don’t lie. You habe right ?
*Kartik*: No what ! Don’t be silly dear…
*Naira*: Don’t lie to me !
*Kartik*: Achcha yes ! You cook up stories and cause more trouble !
*Naira*: No ! It’s you who does that ! Not me Mister…
*Kartik*: You, can’t you hold up your mouth ! It’s because of you !
*Naira*: No it’s you !
Finally Akshara comes between
*Akshara*: Hey ! What’s happening here, Huh ? Don’t make a mess. Stop it !
*Kartik*: No Mumma, it’s because of your daughter.
*Naira*: Mumma, don’t believe him.
Then everyone choruses
“””STOP IT”””
They stop. They exchange look. Then they laugh. Everyone laughs.
The kids asks to cut the cake quickly.
So they proceed.
