The Episode starts with Kartik getting angry and away from Naira. Everyone asks Kartik what happened. Kartik says you want to know what happened, then listen, when you met with the accident, Manish got a head injury, his brain has swelling, so he is behaving like this. Suwarna asks what are you saying. Kartik says yes, it happened because of this accident. Naira cries. Akhilesh says get doctor home. Samarth says we will take Manish for treatment. Kartik imagines Manish asking him to smile. Kartik and everyone cry and recall Manish’s words. Jo bheji thi dua…..plays….

Naira says this happened because of me. Kartik says just because of you. Akhilesh says doctor asked us to give sleeping pill to Manish, he will come later. Dadi calls out Manish. She says I can’t do

She acts to eat the pill. Manish sees her and takes the pill. Gayu asks Suwarna to drink Manish’s leftover water and break the fast. Suwarna cries and goes to Manish. Suwarna drinks the water from Manish’s glass. Dadi says Manish slept, how will we take him to room. Kartik says like he used to take me. He takes Manish by lifting him. Dadi recalls Manish taking little Kartik in arms. Yeh rishta kya….plays…. Kartik makes Manish rest and kisses him. He says good night. His childhood moment is seen. Manish holds his hand. Kartik says I won’t go anywhere, sleep. Naira looks on and cries.
