The Episode starts with Naksh telling Akshara that he told the truth to teacher as he felt bad breaking the project. Naitik comes home and looks unwell. Akshara asks is he not fine. She says go to doctor, you have fever. He says he went to doctor and he said he has malaria. Everyone is worried.. Devyaani says he has to take rest till he gets fine. He says he has to go Mumbai tomorrow. Everyone ask him not to go. He says then Akshara has to go. She says how can I leave you and go. He says you have to go, as its important. He says he worked hard for this. Bhabhimaa says Bau ji will go. Naitik says he does not know this. Naksh asks Akshara to go as he will take care of Naitik.

Varsha talks to Ananya about new school. Ananya says this school is good as it has my friends, I won’t

go to new school. Naksh takes care of Naitik. Devyaani and Bhabhimaa also come with food and medicines. Akshara talks to the manager and Devyaani gives medicines to Naitik. Ananya is annoyed with Varsha as she does not want to change her school. Everyone ask her the reason. Varsha says she is not talking as she came to know about new school. She says we are doing this for her good. Rajshri says she is sad, and she can’t understand.

Varsha and Shaurya try to convince Ananya to join new school but she leaves, Naksh is feeling sad for Naitik. Akshara says he will be fine. Naksh says no, for Ananya, why is she changing school. He says we won’t let Ananya go. Akshara says no wrong, she is going in better school. Anshu and Jasmeet go for lunch. He asks her to have chicken. She says no, she does not like it now. Bhabhimaa asks Akshara to sit with Naitik. Akshara says how to go leaving you Naitik. Varsha calls her and Akshara asks her not to worry.

Bhabhimaa tells Devyaani that she is worried for Naitik and Akshara is going. Devyaani says she does not like to go, but what to do. Bhabhimaa tells about her times. Naksh calls Kaki and talks to everyone on speaker. Yash and Naksh talk to Ananya. They explain Ananya and ask her to join the new school, as its better. The elders hear the kids explaining Ananya and are glad. They say they will miss her. Naksh cries and says he did not cry infront of Ananya, but he will miss her a lot.

Akshara says but that will be good for her, we should not bound the ones we love. She hugs him. Ananya cries and Varsha hugs her. Akshara takes care of Naitik and hugs him, as she is going tomorrow. Its morning. Rajshri and Dadi discuss what festivals and holidays are coming. They think what to do this Janmashtami. Ananya comes and says Naitik got Malaria. They get worried. Dadi asks Rajshri not to worry much. Rajshri says Naitik is not alone, Devyaani is there as his mum.

Akshara tells Naitik that she is going, and will drop Naksh to school. Devyaani asks her not to worry, as she will take care of Naitik. Akshara leaves. Devyaani takes care of him. The kids does a farewell to Ananya. Shaurya takes their pics. Everyone wish her good luck and she smiles. Rukmani calls Devyaani and asks her to get ready for the kitty. Devyaani says no, not today. She says Naitik is not fine, my son needs me, Akshara is not here. Naitik hears this. Rukmani says others are there. Devyaani says no, any other time. Naitik acts like sleeping. Devyaani takes good care of him.

The doctor comes to see him. Bau ji talks to the doctor. Akshara talks to Naitik. Yeh Rishta kya kehlata hai…………..plays…………….Everyone sit with Naitik. Rajshri tells everyone that Naitik will get fine, I was sure Devyaani will manage everything, Akshara told me she is taking good care of him. Varsha tells Omi that Ananya is sad, she is thinking to take her to Naksh. Rajshri says Janmashtami is coming, so Lord will keep everyone happy. Akshara talks to manager and says she will leave after the meeting. She sees some mails and is happy that Naitik noted so little things too.

Naitik talks to her. She says you are very creative without me, I saw the hidden file, you wrote many little things in it. He says its wrong. She says it’s a prize for me, I lived 10 years, thanks for making my life beautiful. He thanks her for coming in his life. She says I will finish the meeting and come to you soon. They smile.

Devyaan takes care of Naitik and asks is his head aching. She massages. He says yes Maa. She looks at him and is stunned by the word Maa. She turns and sees Akshara standing. Akshara is stunned. Devyaani smiles.
