The Episode starts with Dadi praying. Abhir says Shiv ji listens to prayers if we do Jaap, I will also do it. Dadi says Shiv ji listens to kids. Abhir says mum and dad should win. She asks him not to worry, go and play. He goes. Abhi feels hungry. He looks for some food in the fridge. Aarohi heads the food in the microwave. He says no need to do it. She says its okay, you are much stressed about custody case. She keeps the plate and says eat it, good night. Akshu, Abhinav and Abhir sleep. Its morning, Rohan calls Abhi. Abhi says I have to go to court, how will I do the surgery. Anand says Dr. Rohan, forward Abhi’s cases to me and Mahima, we are coming. Mahima says Abhi, go to the court. Abhi thanks them and hugs. Manish asks Akshu to keep all the papers well. Akshu says yes, we will leave
Abhinav says we will eat it later. Abhir feeds them. Ruhi and Aarohi come. Abhir goes with Ruhi. Aarohi hugs Akshu. Akshu says I m glad you have come, thanks. Its morning, Manish asks Akshu to make heart strong, the decision will come today. Suwarna says Dadi is praying, she said we should call her when the decision comes. Abhir comes with aarti plate. Akshu and Abhinav leave. Lawyer says hearing went well, court will give the child to you. Akshu and Abhinav smile. At Birla house, lawyer says it depends on the judge, but the decision is taken on mum’s side. Lawyer says Abhir regards Abhinav his dad, court will give weightage to child’s upbringing, we shouldn’t get overconfident, anything can change in 2 hours. Lawyer asks Abhi to get anything that can change the decision.
At the court, Abhi helps Akshu and picks the papers. She says I won’t hide the truth from Abhir, whatever happened, I won’t snatch your right, you can come to Kasauli and meet him, we will visit Udaipur twice a year. He asks how are you so sure that you will win this case. She says I m sure I will win and my happy family dream won’t break. He says I hope its confidence, not overconfidence, decision can be anything. Abhir sees the mauli and says Akshu can lose the case, I have to tie this mauli to her hand.
Abhi says whoever wins today, we won’t let anything wrong happen with Abhir, we will handle him together. Akshu says all the best. He also wishes her best of lucky. Servants talk about Abhir leaving from the house. Kairav and Muskaan hear this. They rush to find Abhir. Abhir reaches the court and asks someone where do we get custody. The man guides him. Abhir thanks him and goes ahead.
Akshu says I feel Abhir is around. Abhinav says no, he is at home with family. Abhir looks for Akshu and Abhinav. Abhi worries. Akshu turns to see. Abhi also turns to see.
