The Episode starts with Abhi getting Dadi’s wishes and replying her with a thanks. Akshu says I will go to meet Kairav if he contacts me. Abhi asks will you leave me and go. She says no, I will go to come back to you. Harsh says we can’t afford any carelessness. Akshu sings Ek manna tha mere pass… She prepares Abhi for the surgery. Rohan comes and asks Abhi to come. Akshu says I will meet you here, waiting for you, I promise. Abhi nods. He lies on the stretcher. Everyone wishes him all the best. Akshu and Abhi make a heart sign for each other. Abhi’s surgery starts. Everyone stays outside, praying.

Abhi cries and thinks of Kairav. She says I can’t lose Kairav. She sees Dr. Kunal outside. She says maybe he is preparing himself for the surgery. She goes to him. She says

Abhi is in OT, come please. Kunal says Maaya is my sister, my family, we have nobody else.
