The Episode starts with Naitik sitting near the lake and crying. Devyaani calls him and asks him to come to the hospital fast as Akshara is serious. Naitik gets worried and leaves. Jasmeet stops Kaki to talk to her. Kaki is upset that she was complaining about the dress to Anshu. She says if you did not like the dress, you should have said. Jasmeet says I wore this as you have given this with love. She says its my mistake, I should have told you before.

Akshara is being treated by the doctors. Everyone wait outside. Rajshri talks to Kaki. Jasmeet is leaving with her parents. Varsha asks them to go with Anshu. Kaki is still annoyed and leaves. Akshara asks the doctor to save her baby. The doctor goes to consult the senior doctor. Akshara cries in pain. Everyone

ask the doctor how is Akshara. She says give me 5 mins. Naitik comes and asks how is Akshara. He sees her and says sorry for coming late. She gets pain and could not talk.

The doctor asks Naitik to go out. Bhabhimaa cries thinking about Akshara and how good she is and why is Lors testing her. Bhabhimaa asks what happened to her. Bau ji says we should inform Akshara’s family. Bhabhimaa calls Rajshri and informs her. The doctor tells Naitik that she can’t guarantee anything, as its risky for baby and Akshara also. Naitik gets worried. He comes out and says Devyaani is responsible for all this. Everyone are shocked.

Naitik gets angry on her for not telling anyone. Bau ji asks what is the matter. Naitik tells them everything. Naitik says Akshara’s life is in danger, the doctor told her to abort the baby, but she did not tell us anything and Devyaani also have hidden it. Rajshri looks at Devyaani angrily. Devyaani is stuck. Bau ji scolds Devyaani for hiding such a big thing. Jasmeet comes to the temple to take Kaki and tells her everything about Akshara.

The doctor asks Naitik to fill the form so that she can start the procedure. She says I tried my best but we don’t have any option now. She says we don’t have time. Naitik signs the papers. He says save Akshara. She says I will try my best. Naitik comes to Akshara and she cries. He says we could not save the baby.
