The Episode starts with Kartik saying I will send Naira’s old reports. Pallavi says the doctor, we have to consider Naira’s medical history. Vedika sees the blood on her hands and cleans. Manish and everyone come. Kartik says I have to send Naira’s reports to Pallavi, she will call a specialist. Doctor checks the x-ray report and shows it to Pallavi. Pallavi asks are you sure. Doctor says yes, we will confirm this. Manish and everyone ask Kartik to relax. Kartik says I m here with Naira, you all go home. Samarth says Kartik won’t listen now.

Manish says he is in shock. Samarth says Naira is in life. Doctor asks Pallavi to talk to Naira’s family members, book an OT. Pallavi says how will I tell this to Naira’s family. The doctor says there is much blood loss. Dadi worries. Vedika asks her to not stand for long time. Dadi says you have done this right Vedika, you did this so that you don’t reach the court on time, so you took them to Dargah, you didn’t think of anyone’s life, you wanted to make Naira out of the way. Kartik says she risked her life to save me. Manish says she proved her life, now its your turn, go and do your duty. Pallavi says he will be fine now. Kairav asks where is mumma going, tell me. Devyaani says we are crying for Naira’s bidaai, we will miss you a lot. Kairav says we won’t go and stay with you. Bhabhimaa hugs him. Devyaani says Naira won’t go anywhere. Doctor says we should talk with the family. Pallavi says sorry, but we have less time, we have to arrange a kidney for Naira. Doctor says we will check it in the family, we have less time. Everyone agrees to donate kidney to Naira.

They all go for the test. Gayu asks Bhabhimaa to come if they want. Devyaani asks who will see the kids. Gayu says staff will see them, come fast. Bhabhimaa prays for Naira. Vedika says I have to go for tests. Pallavi says they have gone there. Vedika says my kidney can match. Pallavi says don’t be stupid, don’t blame yourself, you are acting like you have done this. Vedika says I m the reason for all this, don’t know what was I thinking to delay the divorce, I should have not gone to Dargah, its my mistake. Pallavi says this should have not happened with Naira, but its just a coincidence, Naira and you love Kartik, you went to Dargah for Kartik, why do you feel guilty. Vedika says I m responsible for Naira’s condition. Naksh looks on. He says I want the doctor’s number. He goes. Vedika prays that her kidney matches, Naira gets saved.
