The Episode starts with Sirat saying just my son is with me. Doctor says its fine, we will make preparations. Kairav says Papa will come soon, Sirat can go, I will see Akshu. Kairav goes and prays for Sirat. Manish says well done, presentation was great. Kartik says I can’t work until Sirat’s delivery happens. Manish says there are two months left, why are you panicking. Kartik says I can’t see what I m feeling. Akhilesh says its okay, focus on Sirat, we will handle the meeting. Kartik says thanks, I will go and call her. Kairav asks doctor to treat Sirat. Doctor says try calling your dad. She asks nurse to take Sirat’s sign on the form. Sirat says ask someone to stay with my kids. Doctor asks Kairav to try calling someone else. Sirat faints. Doctor checks her.

says we should go home, Sirat would be worried. Suwarna says I will call her. Kartik gets the network in the phone. He calls Kairav and asks where is mumma. Kairav cries. Kairav asks where are you. Driver comes and says come to the hospital fast, Sirat and kids are there. They leave. Doctor asks nurse to monitor Sirat. Kartik comes to the hospital. He sees Kairav feeding Akshu. He hugs Kairav. Everyone comes. Kartik asks are you fine. Kairav says yes, I was scared when Sirat was in pain. Kartik says nothing will happen to her. Doctor says her normal delivery can’t happen, we have to do her operation, come and sign the consent form. Kartik says I will sign, just do your best. He goes to Sirat. He asks her to keep her promise. He gives her the fairy toy. He says I kept this safe to give this to our daughter, promise that you will give this to her. Sirat nods.

She is taken for the operation. He signs the form. Kartik thanks Kairav and says you got Sirat here alone, how. Kairav tells everything. Kairav says I have prayed all the way. They all hear the baby cry. Dadi says it means the baby is fine. Kartik says my baby is fine. They all run to see. Nurse says baby is very weak, we have to keep him in incubator, wait here, doctor can tell you about Sirat. Kairav asks is it a baby boy or baby girl, I wanted a girl. She says Lord heard you.
