The Episode starts with Dadi saying Naira is showing courage, but she must be scared. Suwarna says both Naira and Kartik are strong, but we can’t say when they fall weak. Naksh says we shall leave. Devyaani says have juice on the way and drink kada after reaching clinic. Kirti says sure. She sees Kaka changing the soil and asks Bhabhimaa what is he doing. Bhabhimaa and Rajshri say he is changing soil as weather is changing. Kaka asks what’s there in this pot that soil dried so much. Devyaani says because of summer, that’s why we called you to change soil. Nurse asks Naira not to worry. Naira recalls Kartik’s words.

Manish finds Dadi worried. He says don’t think so much, everything will be fine. Naitik comes to Goenka house. He says you didn’t tell about Naira’s surgery. Manish says Naira and Kartik decided it. Naitik says you didn’t stop them. Naira won’t undergo this surgery. Naira and Kartik come home. She says no, I will get it done. She hugs Naitik and says please don’t say anything to anyone. Kartik says doctor said everything is fine, surgery can be done. Naira says yes, I took tomorrow’s appointment. Dadi calls her brave. Manish says she beats up goons, this surgery is a small thing for her. Naira says yes, don’t worry, there is no need for anyone to come to hospital, Kartik and I will manage. Naitik looks at her. Kartik says yes, we both will go. Dadi says let anyone from family come. Naira says no, its fine. Akhilesh says we will come after the surgery gets over. Lav and Kush eat broccoli and cry. Kartik asks what happened, someone forced you right, why are you crying.
