The Episode starts with Naira dreaming of her surgery and her state getting worse. She wakes up. Kartik asks what happened, was it a bad dream. She says no, funny dream, tom was chasing jerry and me. He laughs and asks her to sleep. She hugs him. Naksh keeps pillows for safety. He says I m afraid that I can hurt you in sleep. Kirti says you are worried for baby, not me, I won’t be able to sleep till I rest on your shoulder. He says fine, I will sleep on ground, resting my shoulders on the bed. She says we can hug and sleep for few days, once baby comes….. just sleep on the bed. He says promise me, wake up if I push you. She says I will push you back if you push me. He laughs. Dadi asks servant to keep lemon under the tyre. She asks Kartik to drive over the lemon, it wards off bad
Naitik says its Naira’s surgery, let her stop us, but I will go. Naksh says I will accompany you, we will get her scolding together. Rajshri says I will come along, we need to be there. Bhabhimaa says yes, sorrow and pain gets half when family is along. Kirti greets them. She asks where is Naksh. Devyaani says he went to hospital. Kirti says its good, Naira will get support. She thinks he should have told her once before going. Kartik asks Naira is she scared, its simple surgery. Naira sees her family. She hugs Naitik, Naksh and Rajshri. Naitik says you know why we have come. Rajshri says you must fight with your fear.
Kartik says it feels good to have family’s support. Naira says I have thought well, don’t weaken me by asking again and again. Naksh asks the ward boy can’t he work carefully. Naira says its okay. Naira shouts Kartik. Mudit says Mr. Goenka…… Dadi, Manish and Suwarna come and ask is everything fine. Dadi says we should have come even when they stopped us, its good you have come. Nurse asks ward boy to get stretcher fast. Manish asks what happened. Naitik asks is Naira fine. Suwarna asks can we meet her. Nurse says we can’t tell anything, we have to attend patient first. Naitik says I told you Naira can’t do this. Ward boy gets Kartik on stretcher. They get shocked and shout Kartik.
Naira shouts Kartik and comes out. Mudit says you can’t step out, come inside. Naira says sorry doctor. She asks Kartik what happened to him. Nurse sprinkles water on Kartik. He gets up and sees everyone. He asks are you fine Naira. She says yes, are you fine. He says I got scared. She says me too. Naitik says I told this, Naira will get scared. She says no, I got scared for Kartik. Mudit asks Naira to come inside for surgery, I have to go for another surgery too. Kartik says sorry doctor, go Naira. Naira says sorry and goes for surgery. Kartik asks Naira not to get scared, he is with her. Devyaani talks to Rajshri on call and keeps Kirti’s clothes in her room. She sees the plant and says Kirti watered the plant again. She finds the kada leaves in the pot. Kirti comes. Kartik says I m useless, I should support wife and I got scared. Naira talks in semi-conscious state. She says don’t worry, everything will be fine, I will name the baby. Mudit smiles. Manish asks Naitik to have tea, it will reduce stress Naksh gives water to Suwarna. Suwarna asks where did Kartik go.
