The Episode starts with Naitik taking Akshara with her. Naitik tells her I cannot change the past but we can still celebrate. He wishes her happy birthday and says I will try to give you my love and happiness, so that you forget the last day. Everyone are waiting for Akshara at home. Ananya says only 5 minutes left for Akshara’s birthday to end. Naitik comes with Akshara and says we can celebrate in these 5 minutes. Everyone see Akshara and smile, being lots of happy. The kids run to Akshara and hug here. Everyone are happy. The song Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai.. plays.. in the background. Maa and Bhabhi Maa hugs Akshara.
Naitik says hurry up, two minutes left. Everyone sing the birthday song. Akshara cuts the cake. Naitik and Akshara have the cake. Naksh says
Akshara and Naitik are together. Akshara says you are with me and it looks like my birthday started now, as you are with me, it became special. Naitik says how can it be so good. He asks her for dance. Naksh is sleeping in the room. Naitik and Akshara dance and hug each other. In the next scene, Akshara sleeps and her phone rings, she gets her mum’s call. She says I m annoyed that you did not take my call. Akshara says how can my birthday complete without you. Akshara does not tell her about what happened, and says I was busy. Her mum sings a birthday song for her. Akshara smiles. Her mum says I will always bless you for your happiness. Akshara says I missed you a lot, when are you coming. Her mum says I will come soon. Akshara asks about the weather, her mum says everything is fine, you take care of yourself.
Everyone are doing the aarti in the morning. Naksh tells Chikki that there is a pimple on your face, Chikki panics and runs. Everyone laugh on her. Naksh says Chikki has shouted like..
Maa says it sometimes happen. Maa gets worried about Chikki’s skin. Akshara says she will go to Dadda ji. Bau ji asks Naitik about the fine payment. Maa says lets start a new life and forget whatever happened.
Akshara goes to Dadda ji, he wishes her. She says your wishes are special to me. Dadda ji praises her. She says I will bring tea for you. Maharaj talks to Akshara. She thinks Maharaj takes good care of everyone. Akshara’s dad talks about Akshara. Dadi says every relation has its own importance. Ananya comes and Shaurya says today is your activity class. Varsha says the weather is rainy, and no one will allow you to play in the rain. Naitik talks to Bau ji about his plans. Maa asks Chikki about her studies. Bau ji asks Chikki when is the exams and to prepare well for the exams. Everyone are getting normal like before. Maa says Akshara that you were alone there, did they trouble you a lot. Akshara says no, I was thinking about you all. Maa says the neighbors came but they supported us. Bhabhi Maa says we will send sweets to everyone because you came back. Maharaj says I will make the sweets. Akshara smiles. Bhabhi Maa says Maharaj did not leave Dadda ji alone. He takes care of us always, and has always supported us. But, I was thinking about Maharaj. Naksh comes and the talk discontinues. Maa talks to Naksh. Naksh asks for his uniform. He says Nandini is coming here.
Akshara is rushing for Naksh’s uniform. She presses his uniform. Naitik sees her and comes to her. She says look somewhere else, he says wherever I see, at last I come to you only. She says I’m doing work. Naitik stares at her. They have a discussion. Akshara goes away, Naitik laughs.
