The Episode starts with Naitik seeing Akshara and calling her saying he won’t come. He then surprises her by coming to her. She smiles. He flirts and says I want to marry you again. All the ladies does the rituals. They come home happily and Dadi tell the kids about the rituals. They brought pot water and will make Anshu have a bath with it. Akshara praises Jasmeet’s family for playing the dhol and making it a good time. Dhanlaxmi sees the gifts and like it. She changes her words as Dadi says. Kaki gifts everyone in Akshara’s in laws too. She says this is for Rashmi, she did not come. Dhanlaxmi says give them when she comes. Bhabhimaa says give it to me, I will give her.

Muskaan talks to Devyaani about Rashmi and Akshara hears them. She takes Muskaan and asks her about Rashmi.

Muskaan says we went to her home, but she did not meet us even when she was at home and lied that she went out. Akshara is tensed. Naitik calls Akshara and asks why is she upset. She says nothing. He says tell me. She says Devyaani and Muskaan went to meet her and she did not meet her. Naitik says we should not go to her now, let her be on her own, how can she do this, she did not respect them.

Akshara asks Naitik to accept Devyaani by heart as she came to their house for lifetime.Rashmi and you are same. Akshara says we have to explain Rashmi anyhow. Jasmeet’s relatives come home and are happy with the gifts. Mohit and Nandini make Rukmani jealous and don’t ask her to come. Rukmani regrets for not being a part of all the functions. Dadi talks to Akshara and Dhanlaxmi. Anshu is happy hat dhamlaxmi praises his in laws. Everyone talk about mahendi designs. Akshara asks Anshu to select the design. Anshu says no, I won’t. Everyone insists.

The kids talk and Ananya says she is her Dadi, and everyone miss Gayatri Maa. Gopi asks them to take the clothes from terrace as its raining. Kaki says it should not rain on marriage day. Dhanlaxmi tells a remedy and everyone laughs. Everyone pray and make the mehandi ready. Music plays…………. DAdi does the aarti and grind the mahendi. Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai………….plays………… Naitik sees Devyaani ironing clothes and talks to her. He apologizes her from his and Rashmi’s side for hurting her. He says I know what we did can’t be forgiven, but… Devyaani smiles seeing Naitik accept her as his mum.

She burns the saree and everyone is shocked. Bhabhimaa says how did this happen, it was my fav saree. What will I wear in function now. Devyaani gets upset. Naitik says sorry to her as he made her busy in his talk. Jasmeet talks to her relatives at home. Pammi says there has to be come way for having dark mahendi, as they love each other. Jasmeet thinks. They tell her that the mahendi will be very dark as Anshu loves her a lot. Jasmeet smiles.

Everyone sit to prepare mahendi cones. Varsha says it will be fun tomorrow. Dhanlaxmi adapts to them. Everyone smile. The dhol plays and they dance happily. Music plays…………..
