The Episode starts with Naitik getting a courier. He tells Kartik that he always stayed with them as part of family and they forgot that he is temporary employee. Naitik gives her confirmation letter of permanent employment. Bau ji asks Kartik to listen to Naitik. Kartik says I wanted to tell something to you, I can’t accept this job, I need to move on. Naira cries. Naitik says we can discuss if you were expecting high salary or something else. Kartik says no, nothing like that, I will go US and settle there forever. Naira and Gayu cry.
Kartik looks at Naira. He says I did not think clearly, but this is necessary, sorry Sir, I know my decision is looking selfish, but I have to decide this, I m not honoring your big offer, sorry I can’t do this, Gayu I will not hurt this
Everyone worry for Gayu. Naitik consoles her. Baisa says Kartik broke Gayu’s heart, why did you not stop him Naitik. Naitik says he has right to move on, anyone would have done this. Gayu says everyone and Kartik have difference, we got to know Kartik does not have feelings for me. Naitik says no, he promised he will not ditch you and staying for more days for you. She says thats only about work. Bau ji says maybe he wants to get work out of our company and then come back to Gayu. Akshara says yes, he refused to work, not relation, why are we thinking negative. Naira thinks I wanted to get away from them and I became a wall between Gayu and Kartik. She prays for some solution.
Rajshri gets an anklet and says whose anklet is this, maybe Kartik kept this, its precious to him. He says maybe his mum’s. She says no, he has hidden this, it means its someone special, I will find out. They smile. Naitik asks Naira what did she come to pray. She says everyone’s happiness, and you? He says I m thinking of Gayu and Kartik, I can’t see her sad about this, Kartik is right, he will think of progress as he is capable, I m scared, I m showing I m strong infront of Gayu, but I m worried, how will we handle this situation, if anything wrong happens, I will not be able to forgive myself. She asks him not to worry. He says how to talk to Kartik when he is leaving job, can you help in this.
Kartik is in market at some stall and sits sad. He turns and sees Naira. She says I knew I will find you here. She starts leaving. She asks him to listen. He says I moved on. She says it does not mean we don’t care for each other and break all relations, everyone love you, will you leave all of them, I told you move on for one thing, I thought we are Jai Veeru and understand each other, you proved me wrong. He says I m moving on as you said, no one waits for anyone, if I can learn to stay without you, they will also learn to stay without me.
He gets away. A cracker bursts and shop catches fire. Kartik turns and runs ti Naira. He holds her. Other crackers burst out. He protects her and turns her to other side. They have an eyelock. Yeh rishta kya…..plays…..
The box falls over his back and he falls down. Naira shouts Kartik and takes him in her lap. She cries. Naitik comes and looks on. Naira asks Kartik to open eyes. She shouts someone help my Kartik. She cries and hugs him. Naitik says nothing will happen Naira. Naira wipes her tears and gets away from Kartik, seeing Naitik. Naitik asks people to help and they make Kartik lie inside the car. Naitik sees Naira crying and gets thinking.
Naira and Naitik take Kartik to hospital. Naira asks nurse and doctor to see Kartik, and tells how he got injured. Naitik finds her worrying too much and recalls Karishma’s words. He asks Naira to come. Naira asks will my friend get fine. Naitik says yes. She says its good you came here. He says yes, else anything would have happened. She says we wanted to talk to him about Gayu, he got hurt because of me, if anything happens to him, He hugs her. Doctor says Kartik is fine, but he did not get conscious. She asks why did he not get conscious, I mean crackers were bursting, did you check him well. Doctor says yes, he will get conscious in some time.
Baisa says this always every year, they keep crackers shop in middle of the market and it catches fire. Devyaani says yes, crackers shop should be in open ground. Bhabhimaa says yes, if anything happened to Naira or Kartik. Bau ji says Naitik and Shaurya called, Kartik is fine, Shaurya took him home. Baisa says Gayu is already worried as Kartik did not answer, hurdles are coming, will this marriage happen or not. Bhabhimaa and Devyaani think to talk to Naitik and Akshara and fix the matter soon.
Rajshri asks Kartik to take care. Kartik jokes ad asks her to just smile, she looks good. Naira and Gayu worry for him. Naitik and Akshara look at Naira and Gayu. Naitik says I don’t believe what I have seen or are we doing right relation now, Naira was shouting for Kartik, we are missing something, her concern was high. Akshara says I m worried, I don’t know truth, I don’t think its just friendship. He says I don’t know how to differentiate Gayu and Naira’s worry for Kartik.
