The Episode starts with Naksh and Yash having groundnuts by throwing it in the air. Naksh gets it stuck in his throat. Yash calls everyone and tells everyone how it happened. Akshara asks Naksh why is he coughing, Naksh signs Yash not to say anything. Naksh drinks water but still coughs. Maa and Akshara think of going to doctor. Nandini and Bhabhimaa says we will also come with you, but Akshara leaves with Maa. Dadi sees the tv on and goes to turn if off. Varsha is doing her work in office. Naksh is still coughing. Akshara says its strange. Maa says yes, and I m getting worried. Akshara calls Naitik to tell him.
Nandini and Bhabhimaa worry about Naksh. Rukmani comes and asks them what happened. Nandini tells her about Naksh. Rukmani says Naksh is always
Akshara and Maa bring Naksh to the hospital. Maa tells Naksh that he will be fine soon. Naitik comes and asks about Naksh. They take Naksh to the doctor. Akshara says he suddenly started coughing. Naksh lies to the doctor. The doctor says maybe he ate something and it got stuck but he is not saying so. Naksh wishes he gets fine else he will get the scold. Akshara asks Naksh are you fine. She asks him whats the matter. Naksh says nothing. Naitik says we should wait for five mins. Bhabhimaa calls Akshara and asks her how is Naksh. Akshara says he is still coughing, Rukmani also asks about Naksh.
Rukmani says I want to talk to Maa. Akshara makes them talk. Maa talks to her and greets her. Rukmani says I felt bad hearing about Naksh, but don’t worry. She says Naksh is always upto something, he might have done something, ask him what he did, he will say, my Yash don’t do any such thing. Maa is annoyed. Yash starts crying. Nandini, Rukmani and Bhabhimaa ask him why he is crying. Rukmani says my Yash is so sensitive and worried about Naksh. Yash says no, I m bad, I asked Naksh to compete with me. Nandini asks what. Yash tells them everything and says the groundnut got stuck in Naksh’s throat. Nandini scolds him and calls Akshara.
Akshara and Naitik are waiting in the hospital. Nandini tells her everything. Akshara is shocked. Nandini says Yash told me, I m sorry, tell this to doctor. Naksh is tensed. Naitik scolds Naksh. Maa asks is it true. Naksh coughs. Yash says sorry. Nandini says if anything happened to him, then. Rukmani asks him not to scold much. Naitik talks to the doctor. The doctor says we have to take a X ray now. Nandini says I will go to the hospital. She leaves with Rukmani and Yash.
Akshara’s mum is thinking to celebrate food as a Daan. Dadi agrees. Ananya comes upset. They ask what happened. Ananya says I m feeling bored. She says I want to play with Naksh, take me there. She insists and says I will talk to him now. She calls Naksh and comes to know about Naksh gone to the hospital. Akshara’s mum is shocked knowing everything.
The doctor sees the X Ray and everyone looks on. Akshara asks Naitik what are they discussing, ask them. Naitik asks her not to worry. Nandini comes there with Rukmani and Yash. Yash says sorry to Naksh. Nandini asks Naitik what did the doctor say. Naitik says nothing till now. Maa says Rukmani about Yash. She says its not Naksh’s mistake, it happened because of Yash. Yash says sorry to Maa. Naitik says don’t cry, its ok, don’t do it again. Varsha meets the clients. Shaurya sounds confident. Varsha gives her presentation. The clients does not look impressed. They say sorry as their taste is different. They leave. Varsha’s junior says I have told Mam about this, but she did not listen to me. Akshara’s mum calls Shaurya and tells him about Naksh. He gets worried and says I m coming now.
The doctor comes and tells everyone that they should do a surgery to remove the groundnut. Everyone are shocked. Naksh gets tensed and starts crying. Akshara says nothing will happen. The doctor says don’t worry, its necessary to do the surgery. Maa is worried and says Naksh is afraid, Naitik asks for an alternate way. The doctor says we won’t cut the body, we will do it some other way by putting a cord through the throat. Naitik and Akshara go to talk to the doctor. She says sorry, but is this necessary and safe. He says it will be good right now. He says you can wait for one day but I think you should go for the surgery. He says tell me your decision in five mins. Akshara and Naitik are tensed. Naksh cries. Akshara hugs him and says I won’t do this. Akshara says I think we should agree now. Maa says no, we will go to other hospital. Naitik says no, don’t say this.
