The Episode starts with Dadi and Naira arguing. Naira says if you had told us before, we would have prepared well, now you have no reason to stop me. Dadi worries. Kartik rings the fire alarm and thinks Naira just come soon. Dadi says this is your house and its your duty. Naira says I have always done my duty, I know who is doing what, its imp to go, I know you don’t like the fact like I m working, but I like it, I want to do it well, I will give my best, I have to get ready. She goes. The man says Mihir’s designer hasn’t come. The lady says we shall do this work tomorrow. The man says the wedding is round the corner, call your designer on time. Kartik sees Mihir. Naira comes there.

She sees everyone leaving. She comes to Mihir and says well…. Mihir goes. Kartik asks why

are you so late, everyone waited and left, did Dadi say anything. She says I have to apologize to Mihir, I will meet him at the office. She hugs Kartik and goes. Naira comes to office. She says I know its my mistake, it should have not happened, work has nothing to do with my personal problems, you can scold me or fire me, but please don’t say anything to Shukla, he tried his best to contact me, I m feeling guilty. Gayu comes to Dadi. Dadi asks how are you feeling now. Gayu says fine, I m so sorry for all this. Dadi says it was Naira’s duty to take care. Gayu says maybe, but she didn’t know about that. Dadi says its my duty to teach my bahus about their responsibilities. Gayu goes out to Samarth. He asks is Dadi fine. She says she is angry on Naira. He says she is making it a big issue. She says Naira’s work can become a trouble for her. He asks her not to worry.

Kartik and Naira are on the way. He sees her and asks her to talk something. He stops the car at the icecream stall. He gets icecreams. She asks what shall I say, you have decided on my behalf, none had forced me to work late, I had decided it to work and rectify things. He says you were working there alone, the guard was sleeping outside, I didn’t see Mihir anywhere, I was in tension, what if anything happened, who would be responsible. Naira says anything can happen anywhere, office is secure, there are CCTV cameras and alarms, if anyone speaks to you like this, what would you feel, just imagine.

Its morning, Shukla gives Naira’s designs to Mihir. Mihir says trash the designs, you can also quit the job if you want. Shukla puts the designs in bin and goes. The papers fly out of the bin. Mihir goes to pick the papers. He sees Naira’s designs. He gets Mitali’s call. He says I won’t be able to meet today, sorry, the souk girl was unprofessional, she is talented, but dedication is also imp, I will tell Shukla to shortlist new interns, take care. He says Naira has the talent, but its okay.

Manish says I think we are giving importance to small things, we should forget it now. Surekha asks Naira how is the curry. Naira says good. Surekha asks Kartik. He says its okay. Naira says fine, I will get more parathas. She cries in the kitchen.
