Mohena Kumari, famed for her role as Keerti in the Rajan Shahi production “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,” has candidly shared the challenges she faces in her motherhood journey. Coming from the royal family of Rewa, Mohena recently welcomed her second child and is now navigating the demanding path of being a mother.
In a recent vlog, Mohena Kumari discussed the hardships mothers endure in balancing personal time with their responsibilities. She admitted, “There is no me time. You really have to fight for that. From 24 hours, at least 2 hours you must take out for yourself. It is tough, it is very difficult for sure.” Despite the difficulties, she assured that over time, mothers can find moments for themselves.
Mohena, now a mother of two, revealed her newborn daughter’s name as Gauritaa. She emphasized the importance of recognizing and managing common pregnancy symptoms like irritation and anger, suggesting that meditation, deep breathing, and focusing on the present can provide immediate relief.
The “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” actress also highlighted the necessity for working mothers to prioritize quality time with their children, stating, “You need to give them love, time, and nourishment. You have to love your children.”
Reflecting on her pregnancies, Mohena shared that she read the Bhagavad Gita during her first pregnancy and watched “Upanishad Ganga” on YouTube during her second. Regarding postpartum weight loss, she expressed a relaxed attitude, saying, “Honestly, it’s not affecting me at all. I’m very happy. I’m okay.” She trusts that her healthy and active lifestyle will naturally lead to weight loss in due time.
In her concluding advice to new mothers, Mohena stressed the importance of effective time management to ensure they can pursue their hobbies and personal interests.
