Sameer comes to hindi medium school for his admission. Principal says your grand father has a good reputation and gives him admission. Naina voiceover tells that Sameer doesn’t want to study in the English medium school where her step father had studied. She tells that God has set everything to unite them. Sameer goes to bathroom. Naina sees him and runs out. She tells Swati about seeing some guy. Swati says you got your Prem and asks if she saw his face. Naina says no. Swati and Naina sing maine pyaar kiya. Just then Tawo ji, chacha, Tayi ji and Chachi come there. Tawo ji scolds Naina for singing song. Teacher comes and asks students to get back to class. She asks Naina’s family to go out and talk. Tawo ji shows the letter and asks what is this? Naina says I don’t know. Tawo
Teacher comes and asks what happened? Principal shows the letter. Teacher says hand writing is bad, even matras. Principal asks him to find out who had written it. Teacher makes all the boys of the class to write on the board and catches the boy who had written it. Principal says it is a shameless boy. He scolds the boy. Boy says he had written by mistake. Principal says it is a sin and asks him to bring his parents tomorrow. Tawo ji asks Principal to make Naina tie Rakhi to Sanjay. Naina ties the rakhi to him. Naina’s voiceover says she still sends rakhi to Sanjay and since that day Sanjay has regarded her as his sister. Nanu gets angry at his servant for getting Sameer admitted in hindi medium school. He says all seats were full at St. Xaviers. Nanu says it is a matter of his future. Sameer says now he wants to study hindi.
At home, Tawo ji tells Naina that they shall be happy that they are born in their house, he says we are sending you to school, in villages girls gets married in this age. Chacha says it is 20th century.Tai ji says if you do love marriage then even your Chacha will not support you. Boys tease Sanjay. Naina comes and write something on the board. All the boys tease Naina and says she is their sister from now onwards. Naina is sad. Sameer comes to school while whistling music. Boys tell that he seems to be spoilt guy. Sameer catches the ball which they throw on him. Naina tells Swati that she was embarrassed and says she don’t want to see any guy and will never fall in love with anyone. Swati says then what will happen with the bathroom guy. Sameer plays with them and falls down.
Boy challenges Sameer and says it seems you haven’t drink mother’s milk. Sameer gets up and collides with Naina and they look at each other. Music plays….dil deewana song plays. Naina’s voiceover tells that her heart starts beating seeing him. Sameer beats up the guy.
