Episode 9
2 years later..
Kunj was in his office’s cabin, not clean shaved as he used to be earlier. He now went for work rarely, Kanchi and Sayeeda were now taking care of the work. Infact , it’s been 2 years that Kunj stayed in Amritsar . He is always out of town, and rarely did he met his parents but no one says anything , all know what he is still going through. Last he met them 4 months ago, at kanchi’s engagement, yes she moved on and found her love in Aditya but she feels bad for Kunj she who didn’t get his part of love that he deserves.
Although , the reason why Kunj does come to Amritsar is ..Ryna..a little baby girl. The girl who was found by Twinkle is two years old now! Kunj loved her, took her care as if he was her father..he spends his most of the time in Twinkle’s NGO ,surrounded by those kids who had no one in there lives except for each other.
“hello….yes…what!?..I am coming” that was all he said after receiving a call and rushed out after saying something to Sayeeda.
NEXT SCENE ~
“It’s normal fever Mr.Sarna , there’s nothing to worry about” the doctor said to the worried Kunj holding her in her arms as if he loosens even a bit somebody would snatch her away.
“a few doses would be enough (gives a prescription to the caretaker) , bring her again after 3 days for check up, still if the fever doesn’t get cured….” Before she could continue ..”What do you mean by 3 days?..look at her ..listen doctor if she doen’t get fine by tomorrow morning….it won’t be good for you..you can lose your job even..” saying this infact after warning her, he went out of the doctor’s cabin caressing Ryna was now asleep.
“heyy…’’
“ma’m bura mat manna sir ki baton ka..Ryna ko leke thode protective hain” and the caretaker also went behind him.but the lady doctor couldn’t stop fuming.
NEXT SCENE ~
“what does he think of himself?” said the same doctor in ladies restroom just after kunj went.
“what happened Dr. Kavya?” said another doctor applying lipstick on her full pink lips. This doctor is stunning by the way, if it was possible you could have seen how big and beautiful her brown eyes are..her body is slender but she isn’t thin, her olive-fair skin tone makes her look so fresh.
“I understand, kuch parents hote hain apne bacche ko leke overprotective but he isn’t her father even! Pehle toh check up karane ke liye sara hospital sir par utha liya uske baad jab maine bola ki 3 din baad le ana baby ko, aur agar theek na ho toh mai phir check krungi aur bataungi what to do now…normal fever hi toh hai..toh dhamki dene lga! Mujhe bacchi kal theek chahiye wrna tumahre liye acha nhi hoga…vagerah vagerah…doctor bhagwan ki tarah hota hai…jyada seriously le liya hai logon ne..ham doctors insaan nhi hote kya?…fever hai monkey nahi ki danda dikhaungi toh bhaag jayega …these rich people..pata nahi kya samjhte hain khud ko..”
Her words made the other doc laugh..”tum kaise kar leti ho Diya..you have to deal with such people probably everyday …you are a surgeon ..am glad I am not..ek toh operatin ka stress upar se ye protective and tensed relatives..hats off to you yarr.”
“thank you so much.” She joined her hands and bent a little in front of her while letting out a small laugh.
“by the way…banda hot tha yarr..mujhe alag hi khushi hui thi jaan kar ki vo bacchi uski nahi thi..infact ki NGO chalata h vo ..orphange type you know! ..”
“it wasn’t his kid!…tab vo itna stressed tha..wow! I mean bohot kam log hain duniya mai aise jinhe auro ki chinta hoti hai…sach mai hot tha kya?”
“sacchi yarr..” now the girls were in the girly girl’s talk..(well I don’t know about you all but me and my friends definitely…definitely talk about any hot guy we see …although that’s not the only thing we talk about.
“btw name kya hai us Mr. Richie rich ka?” Diya asked.
“some sarna..umm ya..KUNJ SARNA” and that name left Diya shocked and quiet.
“are you sure its was kunj sarna?”
“yes..why?” but Kavya didn’t get a reply..because Diya had already rushed out of the restroom. “itni kya desperate ho gyi ?”
“where will I find him” Diya said to herself . “reception!” the word struck to her mind and she went there, enquired about him but Kunj had already left.
she turned dissaponted and panting..obviously she ran like anything.”have some” a bottle of water was forwarded to her. “thanks Akash” she had an awkward smile at her face before drinking the water.
“what happened?” he asked.
“nothing …”
“people don’t run for nothing ..tell me..” they headed towards a ward.
“nothing..I just heard there’s an emergency but that kavya..she loves pranking..huh!” she lied.
“tumne suna kisi ko zaroorat hai aur bhagi chali ayi..aur bhi doctors hain is hospital main..they can see the patient..”
“its okay” she said trying not to stretch the lie.
“and ..why are not leaving the emergency ward ? you were getting promoted. ”
“Akash.hospital ke trusty tumahre papa hain mere nahi..and mai bohot talented hun aur mere talent ki zaroorat yahan zyada hain..” she smiled and went.
“kaisi ladki hai ye..apni koi fikar hi nahi..bas auro ki chinta..duniya bohot kam hain aise log.” he thought and smiled.
2 days later.
“look doctor I am genuinely sorry for my behaviour that day, I shouldn’t have talked like that “ Dr. Kavya wasn’t actually expecting an apology when Kunj came with Ryna after 3 days.
“its okay Mr.Sarna , I understand people do get tensed.” Kavya replied.
“Diya, he’s here..come fast” Dr.Diya’s phone beeped with this message .

Kunj was walking towards the hospital’s exit.
“hi” an unknown voice called but Kunj didn’t reply probably he thought it was or someone else.
“kunj..” the voice which hit his ears again made him stop. It was Diya.
“hiiiii Kunj..right?”she had tears in her eyes and smile on her lips.
“yes” he noticed her face brimming with emotions “do I know you?”
His words shocked her…
“wh…at?…ofcourse you know me..Kunj I am Diya…how can ..you?”
“I am sorry miss. I think there’s some misunderstanding ..I don’t know you..”
“I am sure..there’s no misunderstanding…you only proposed me that day Kunj…13 march 2017.”
And that was the date Kunj could never forget..his lifelong nightmare hit him that day….13 MARCH 2017..it was the day when Twinkle died in a car crash.
