Initially, it was speculated that Neha Solanki from Titli, Farman Haider from Saavi Ki Savari, and Twinkle Arora from Udaariyaan would comprise the main cast. Solanki and Haider were anticipated to portray the lead couple, while Arora was slated for a grey-shaded character. The upcoming show is rumored to be a remake of the Kannada series Lakshana, focusing on the struggles encountered by a dusky girl.
