Next Day –
It was nyt & everyone was sitting in front of the TV as it’s the Best Businessman Award airing live. The host of the show invited the presenter to announce the winner & felicitate him with the award.
Presenter :- so the award for the Best Businessman of the Year goes to Mr. Yaman Singhania. (he comes on stage & receives the award) Few words pls…
Yaman (comes over the mike) :- huh… It feels so good holding this award. Now I came to know what Dad used to feel whenever he used to receive awards. But I never thought that one day it’ll be me who’s gonna feel like this. Srsly I never believed that I’ll be getting this award but there is one person who always believed in me, who stood by me in every path of life. She’s my best friend & the love of my life. I know ryt now she must be watching me with the whole family by her side & tears must be welled up in her eyes so I just wanna say that I love u & thnk u for coming in my life & filling it with so many colours. Thnk U & dare u allow it tears to come out, coz I hate tears in ur eyes. Love U & miss U. ?.
After watching this IshRa were really happy for their daughter as there’s someone who’ll be there for her after them to love her, to take care of her selflessly.
Next Day –
It is the day of Adi-Aliya’s Roka & Engagement ceremony. Each & everyone were running here & there doing some or the other preps. All the preps have been done. Ruhi was in her room searching something desperately when Ishita came in.
Ishita :- Ruhi when is Yaman coming?
Ruhi :- he’s coming by evening Ishi Maa.
Ishita :- oh OK. Ruhi what r u searching for?
Ruhi :- Ishi Maa my one anklet it’s missing. Don’t know where I kept it.
Ishita :- wear some other.
Ruhi :- no. Yaman gave it to me & it’s very precious for me. I never took it out since the day I wore it but I don’t know where it is now. Since the day I came here I’ve been searching it like madly but I didn’t found it. May be I left it in Australia. Oh no ? how can I be so careless.
Ishita :- Ruhi calm down. It’s ur brother’s Roka today & if sister’s mood is off then there’ll be no fun in the function. Now cheer up & get ready.
Ruhi :- yeah.?
It was evening. Everybody was ready & were looking awesome. Adi was eagerly waiting for Aliya & his wait was finally over when Aliya descended down the stairs along with Shagun & Vandu by her either sides. She was beautifully draped around in the Kanjivaram Saree. Adi was awestruck so much to see his would be wife that his mouth was wide open.
Raman :- beta muh band kar apna.
Adi came back to senses & was feeling a little embarrassed while IshRa chuckled at their son. Aliya came to Adi & stand by his side where Adi compliments her for her beauty. The photographer asks them to pose for some pictures. Just then Yaman & Sam arrives along with Yuvraj. IshRa welcomes them both with a warm hug. Even others too opened their arms for two of them. Mini & Vitki hugged them while Mikhael & Baby too did the same. But Yaman’s eyes were searching for his Ruhi.
Mini :- Bhaiyu aap kisi ko dhund rahe ho?
Yaman :- nahi. Kyu?
Mini :- nahi woh aap itne beychain ho rahe ho na isi liye.
Vitki :- oh ho Mini B aap bhi na, Bhaiyu Chachu apni hone wali “wife” ko dhund rahe hai. Itne time se unse dur hai aur aapko toh pata hi hai k Chachu loves Chachi a loooot…..
Yaman (holds their ears) :- u both na…
Just then Ruhi comes down. She was really very happy to see Yaman & Sam there. Sam just ran to her & she too pick him up in her arms & hugged her tight as much as she can. Yaman was just lost in her beauty. She was wearing a red saree with golden blouse, golden neck piece & big golden jhumkas complimenting her saree, red bangles in one hand with 2 kadas that belongs to Yaman’s mother & a silver chain bracelet with attached ring (similar to Anika’s in Ishqbaaz) which Yaman gifted her. They both move towards each other & hugged without thinking of their surroundings. After almost 5 mins they broke the hug. Yaman was still looking at Ruhi, when finally Ruhi spoke.
Ruhi :- Yaman kya hua? Aise kyu dekh rahe ho? Main achchi nahi lag rahi kya?
Yaman :- tum kitna bolti ho.. U r looking awesome lekin….
Ruhi :- lekin?
Yaman :- bas ek kami hai. (he signs Baby to bring it & she brings it & gave to him. It was a red bindi. Yaman puts the bindi on her forehead) now u r looking complete.
Ruhi (blushingly smile) :- thnk u.
Mikhael :- guys if u r done with ur romance can we focus on the occasion for which we all have gathered here. Srsly u both start anywhere, all u need is a chance.
Finally the Roka ceremony starts. After Roka panditji asks both Adi & Aliya to exchange the rings. The ceremony gets complete with both of them taking their elders blessings. But Ruhi was a little upset which was noticed by Yaman. Looking forward to an opportunity Yaman pulled Ruhi to one corner.
Ruhi :- Yaman what r u doing? Leave me or someone’ll come.
Yaman :- no one will come. & I’m not doing any crime, I’m just having some pvt time with my fiancee. After all hum itne din baad mile hai. Now tell me why r u upset?
Ruhi :- upset? No
Yaman :- don’t lie. I know u r. Now just tell me what’s bothering you.
Ruhi :- actually (she lifts her saree up & shows him her feet) I lost one of my anklet. (Yaman has a big smile on his face which makes Ruhi astonished) why r u smiling. Yaman u gave me those but see due to my carelessness… (before she could complete Yaman’s lips were on her, she was taken aback by this action of him)
Yaman :- u r so cute Ruhi (takes out the anklet from his pocket & shows to her)
Ruhi :- yeh tumhare paas, kaise?
Yaman :- I found it at the airport when I came to drop u. I took it & kept it with me.
Ruhi :- u should have told me. Main kitna pareshaan thi u know. But I’m glad u have it.
Yaman :- hmm… Jab tum waha nahi thi na toh yeh mujhe tumhare mere pass hone ka ehsaas karati thi.
Ruhi :- achcha now give it to me?
Yaman :- kyu?
Ruhi :- coz I’ve to wear it.
Yaman :- I’ll make u wear it. (he makes her sit on the chair & he sits on his knees, keeps her foot on his lap & make her wear the anklet & then kisses it as the final touch) now I want my price to make it wear to u.
Ruhi :- & what price u want?
Yaman :- same which I gave u 2 mins back.
Ruhi (understand what he meant) :-anklet?
Yaman :- haha…. very funny. As if u don’t know. I’m talking abt the kiss. C’mon fast.
Ruhi (hesitating) :- Yaman someone’ll come?
Yaman :- Ruhi….. (she knew that there’s no escape left so she kissed him. It was a passionate kiss)
The whole scene was witnessed by Mikhael & Baby from 2 different sides. After sometime everybody was sitting while the panditji was busy deciding the dates for the wedding. IshRa has asked the panditji to also fix Yaman & Ruhi’s marriage. Luckily the date for both the weddings came out to be same.
Panditji :- dono shaadiyo k liye aaj se ek mahine k baad wali tarik sabse shubh hai.
Adi & Yaman (in unison) :- ek mahina?
Mikhael(in a teasing tone) :- kyu kam hai? Hmm… aur waise bhi itni saari tayariya ek mahine mein kaise ho payegi? Panditji iske alawa aur koi date nahi hai?
Adi :- nahi nahi ek mahina is OK. Ryt Yaman?
Yaman :- haa… jaha itne saal intezaar kiya waha ek mahina aur sahi.
Everybody laughed at both of them while the soon to be brides were just blushing & their would be husbands were adoring them…..
