YouTuber Elvish Yadav Faces Legal Trouble: Booked in FIR for Alleged Role in Noida Rave Party

Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner, Elvish Yadav, finds himself entangled in legal complications as he, along with five others, has been named in an FIR. While the five accused have been apprehended, Elvish Yadav has yet to face arrest. The police conducted a raid in Noida sector-51 following a complaint lodged by an NGO dedicated to animal welfare.

The alleged rave party, held in Noida sector-51 on Thursday night, led to the registration of FIRs against six individuals. The charges specified in the FIR include wildlife sections 9, 39, 49, 50, 51, and IPC section 120B.

The joint operation by Noida police, the Forest Department, and People for Animal, revealed a sinister connection to a gang supplying banned snake poison. The five arrested individuals implicated Elvish Yadav as being associated with this illicit group.

During the raid, law enforcement uncovered nine snakes, including five cobras, two two-headed snakes, one red snake, and one python. Additionally, a plastic bottle containing 20-25ml of snake venom was discovered at the party. The seized venom has been sent for testing to determine if it possesses psychotropic properties capable of inducing a party drug-like effect in the human body.

The FIR was initiated based on a complaint filed by Gaurav Gupta of People for Animal, an NGO led by BJP parliamentarian Maneka Gandhi. Gaurav Gupta alleges that Elvish Yadav unlawfully organized rave parties, filming videos with live snakes and snake venom in Noida and other parts of the NCR alongside his associates. The unfolding legal scenario raises questions about the YouTuber’s involvement in the alleged supply of snake poison and the nature of activities associated with these events.
