Drishya runs toward Anika’s ward when she gets to know about Shivay’s departure. Before she could enter, she sees Tej sitting behind her. “How did this happen?” He looks at her deadly. “I don’t know” She muttered meekly. “I told you to take care of her. What were you doing? ” He shouts making her shudder. “Dad, It’s a hospital. Don’t shout or someone will hear you” She replied. “Now, you will tell me what should I do? Where were you? ” He asked. “Anika and I had a fight over something. She gets to know that I am not her real sister” She replied. “How did she get to know? Didn’t you told her?” Tej asked gritting his teeth while throttling her neck, choking her almost. He steps back on the opening sound of the door. A nurse enters to change the saline bottle. Drishya glances Anika’s face and walked out from there as she knows he is not going to allowed to meet with her.
She moves toward her cabin and sees a drawing kept on her table. She picks it up and looks at her. “Dr Drishya, Raghav said to gift you this” Nurse told her. “Hmm…But he can give me personally too” Drishya replied. “His family is moving from this city. He comes to bid adieu to you” She replied. “What about his counselling?” She asked shockingly. “I don’t know.” The nurse replied while walking out. Drishya moves toward a cabin and knocked. ” Dr Anjali, I thought you were busy,” She asked looking at a lady in her thirties. “I am not that much busy. What happen?” Anjali asked signing toward a chair. “I get to know Raghav come here. He gifts me this drawing” She said keeping a cute family drawing filled with crayons on her table. “Well, he leaves something more for you, he seems to like you a lot. ” She said. “What?” Drishya asked while she signed toward a model house. “Did his parents really cancelled counselling? How he is going to overcome if they keep ignoring his condition ” Drishya asked while she nods her head. “Why didn’t you make them understand?” She asked. “I am not his guardian, I am just a child psychologist. The final decision is always of the child’s family” Anjali replied.
“How stupid? It’s your duty to treat your patient. What if my patient’s family refused for surgery, then it means that I get stopped. We can’t put both mother and child’s life on stake for their so-called family. Why the hell our department is so ignorant toward children’s mental condition. Why we keep consider guardian’s permission over the child condition?” She asked. “Dr Drishya, this is not anything new. Guardian has the right to take a decision for their child” She replied. “Which right and where the hell was those guardian when their child was drowning in depression and loneliness. Those who can’t keep their children happy, they have no right to make a decision on behalf of them” She shouted. “Look, I don’t want to do argument. Just don’t involve emotionally with patients. There are thousands of neglected children, we can’t fight for everyone” Anjali replied making her fuming. “Fine, just give me the address of Raghav’s family,” Drishya asked. “That’s not allowed. If you remember, you were terminated” She said and start reading documents while she looks on.
Some giggling sounds of children echoed in her ears. She sees a small girl running behind another while laughing. They were playing with each other. She tried to catch her but it was just an unsuccessful attempt. She shouts her name “Maya! Stop, I will catch you”. Before moving further, all flashes get blurry. She wakes up with a jolt. She tried to recognize the place looking here and there. ” Why I am in the hospital, Dad?” Anika asked him while wiping the sweat from her forehead. “Again a Nightmare…..What a weird nightmare?” She thought in her mind and tried to remember things which she saw in a nightmare. “You get fainted ” He replied. “Where is Ishu? ” She asked. “I will send her” He replied while moving out and she looks on confusedly. She don’t know why he is not that much close to her in comparison to Drishya. It’s not she doesn’t love him, in fact, he fulfils all her wishes but never gives time which she needed. ‘Sometimes, she felt that everything around her is fake but then what is real? ‘She wondered.
“Ani, I get very much scared. Thank God, you got consciousness ” Drishya said while entering and directly hugged her. “You are not angry with me” Anika ask while reciprocating. “Why would I be angry with you?” She asked while breaking the hug. “Because I fought with you. But you should tell me before, it felt like that everyone is hiding things from me” Anika replied. “I am sorry, I thought you abandon me when you get to know the truth,” She said to her. “What happens to me?” Anika asked. “You get drugged.” She replied while she narrowed her eyes in shock. “I was….What?” She asked in disbelief. “I think those people only behind this who kidnapped Mumma” Anika said. “What’s the motive of doing that? ” Drishya asked her. “Ishu, Take me home. I feeling sick in this environment” Anika said. “There is time in discharge” Drishya replied. “Please, Ishu…” She pouts while she nods her head.
“Maya, I show humanity while taking her to hospital,” Shivay said to her who was fuming. “I am not fool that you lie to me and I can’t catch it” Maya replied while sitting on the bed. “I am not telling lie, Believe me,” He insisted. “You yourself broke that trust” She replied. “Forgive me last time, you know that nobody can take your place.” He pleads. “You always do this Shivay,” She said annoyedly. “I am doing promise to you,” Shivay said while holding her hand. “Fine, Do keep your promise Shivay. If you ever broke that, I don’t know what will I do?” She said keeping her head in his palm and look intently. He smiles and nods his head.
“We need to search your house,” Kshtij asked to Drishya who was signing discharge paper of Anika. “I am taking Anika back to home. You can search” She replied. “Did she consume anything in the morning? ” He asked while she nods her head negatively. “We had a small fight that’s why she leaves without doing breakfast,” She said. “Fight on which matter?” He asked. “It’s personal ” She replied while moving toward Anika’s ward but he holds her hand. “There is nothing called Privacy in the investigation. Do you know about Fentanyl?” He asked.
“I know….” Before she could say anything he, interrupt her in between. “It mostly uses in gynaecology. What if you drugged her as you are close to her?” He asked raising his eyebrow while she felt like to dash something on his head. “How can you say this? She is my sister for God’s sake” She shouted. “Look, Everyone is suspect including you. If relations matter for any culprit, he never committed a crime” He said while she rolled her eyes. “Fine, bring proof before putting allegations” She replied while moving inside.
Kshitij checks the footage of outside camera but he doesn’t get any sign of an intruder. It’s clear that someone inside person only drugs Anika. “Do you have cameras inside?” He asked. “We have only in kitchen” Drishya replied while he nods his head, checking. “Vishal, search the whole house. Maybe we get some clue” He said while all team start searching. “How are you feeling Ani? You are alright ” Drishya asked while giving her water. “Yes, I am…” She replied. Though she wants to tell her about a nightmare but she knows that she will cajole her while saying that it was a mere nightmare. She decided to keep it with herself. “Sir….” Vishal giving him a small camera. “I found it on Chandelier,” He said while singing toward the chandelier hanging in the hall. “Why would someone keep the camera in this place” He wondered. “Play the footage” He ordered. He sees a woman holding the packet in her hand, it is clear that she is from staff looking for her dress. He checks all members of staff but doesn’t find that lady.
“Do you have any camera on a chandelier?” Kshitij asked. “Why would we fixed any camera on Chandelier?” Anika replied. “How this get there ?” Kshitij asked while showing the camera. “I told you about the hidden cameras of our car. Maybe they also fixed it here.” Drishya replied while Anika looks on shockingly. “Which cameras? It’s creepy…..” Anika asks tensely. “Don’t worry, we are searching for the whole house. If there are some other cameras, we will make sure to remove” He said. “Anika, From when it all started. I mean from when are you getting messages from stalker” He asked. “Ani is not in a condition to take the stress. Don’t pressurise her” Drishya stop him. “I will arrest you if once more you try to interfere…Get it” He shouted.
“I start getting those messages from last month. First, I ignore them as I thought it was a prank.” She starts saying but he interrupted in between. “When did you realise that it is serious? Why you didn’t report to us?” He asked. “I took them seriously when they start texting exact places of me and Ishu, they know every step of us. When I threaten to inform the police, I get a video in which they keep Mumma as a captive. I was shocked as Mumma leave us in childhood, how can she come back?” Anika said. “You mean she was dead.” He asked while she nods her head. “She died in our childhood ,” Anika replied. “What happened to her? Do you remember?” He asks while Anika looks on. She tried to remember but there was no sign of memories of her death, she just remember Dad and Ishu who always told her about her mother’s death. How can she not remember everything? Why did she need Dad and Ishu to told everything about her childhood? How can she don’t remember about her childhood?
“Are you listening to me?” Kshitij snapped his fingers after looking at her lost. “I know but I don’t remember” She replied in confusion. “What do you mean?” He asked. “She was very small at that time that’s why she don’t remember things clearly,” Drishya said while he turns toward her. “Did I ask you?” He said sternly. Anika hold her head, she felt a paining sensation in his head. “Ani, Are you alright? I told you not to disturb her” Drishya make her drink water. Drishya gives her support and moves upstairs toward her room. “I have a few questions for you too.” He said from behind. “She is from your staff. I believe she only drug Anika” He asked while showing footage. “Yeah, She is from our staff,” Drishya replied. “Hmm….Do you have a record of personal information for your staff” He asked? “Yeah, we note their name and address ” She signs head servant to bring the register. “Kshitij, We get some instance of the drug in a nasal spray,” Palak said to him while coming downstairs.
“What?” He asked to her. “Someone mix drugs in nasal sprays. Seems like culprit knows a lot about medicine. He plays smart and safe by adding drugs in nasal spray. If I was not in the forensic department, I will never get doubt on something like this. “I see…What you have to say now?” He asked turning toward her. “I am not the only person who is related to medicine in this whole world,” Drishya said angrily. “Vishal, Here in the information. Do find that lady. She only is going to tell truth” He said giving him register while he nods his head. “We will come back. If you are behind all this Miss Malhotra, then be careful.” Khsitij warns her before moving out from there.
